I was similarly lost in Ikea recenly just to find a fellow shopper i saw hours ago asleep. The exit signs were kinda confusing so a small group of us kept running into each other.
Now i truly wonder if the employees are just previous lost customers that now work there. They just wake up and "Welcome to Ikea!"

I know the last part is supposed to be funny but last time I went to ikea I had a small panic attack because I couldn’t figure out how to get out and I kept getting turned around. Now I always take someone with me who has a better sense of direction lol

When i was 18 i had a panic attack because i thought i was ready to roam an ikea by myself and couldnt find my way out. after 20 cirles following the arrows and exit signs I started really freaking out. A worker had to walk me out 😂
