Parrot Bebop Drone: How to repair Propellers

You made that look so easy. Unfortunately my Bebop propeller will not unscrew nearly that easily. I think the screws are tied down way too tight to allow the tool to twist the propeller to allow it to come off. Parrot should have provided a tool to loosen these 3 small black screws which hold the prop but they didn't. Does anybody have a suggestion for how to loosen these screws? I hate to use vice grips but don't know what else to do. Very unfortunate as this was my first flight (flew about 45 sec) and I had the prop protectors on but they did no good.

So, you mean how to REPLACE propellers, not REPAIR.

Nice and thank you but Soooowww... the video down please :) I'm sure im5not the only one that had to rewind it 5 times and hit pause to simply make sure the props were positioned correctly. Better safe then sorry and a little ocd never hurt lol nice video anyway just wat too fast
