This drone is truly amazing I can testify. We bought the 500$ one with skycontroller and the fpv goggles and it was just amazing. My girlfriend and sisters flew it and it was so easy and intuitive to fly for all three of us. It is EXTREMELY easy to set up (hardware and software) and has no hassle involved whatsoever. Dont believe anyone who talks about conectivity issues for there were none on our first run. I love how simple and fun it is to fly this drone. On top of that, the charge time was incredible, boasting 1 hr charge time max and half an hour of flight time? incredible. I had the galileo stealth protocol and obviously it wasnt as good since it was 200$ less, but the change from that to this is incredible. Evertything about this drone is perfect for a beginner. Easy fun and simple. The only thing was, the camera feedback was decent, slightly laggy at times and not so good resolution in fpv goggles, but honestly not a problem whatsoever. This drone is amazing in every aspect and so much fun. 10/10!!

My Bebop one had LOTS of problems, falling out of the sky randomly, gps not working, the list goes on....hopefully they've fixed all of this for Bebop 2. I bet they have figured some of the problems out, the first Bebop release seemed VERY rushed and they've gotten a lot of feedback since then....One think i will say is that Parrot has absolutely THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! its seriously amazing, they literally pick up on the first ring, I've gotten my bebop replaced twice and a free GPS board sent to me. So as many problems as it has, they definitely stand behind their product.

The retail price is around 379.00$ which seeems like a pretty good price ; like any technology, it takes only some time to bring down the prices across the board. For the price, the Beebop 2 looks like a pretty good investment.
