A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
He plays and teaches guitar on his YouTube channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

I really dig the guided practice session. The biggest thing I need to learn about guitar is how to practice effectively so this is great.

Loved it. Please do more of these. I have been stuck in a rut and just seemed to be noodling around. Having somebody say and demonstrate how and what I should be practicing now helped me immensely. Thank you so much.

This is a great idea Sean. I’ve been practicing these chord scales in the key of C first as it’s the easiest key to learn for an old guy. Please do another session in C with finger style.

Yes Sean! More like this please. This style of video is what (all the yt guitar content creators I know and love) are lacking. Be the beacon of practice with intent!

Great format for a practice session, it really connects everything together on the fret board whilst fixing the scale to memory.

Please do these for all the keys. Because i have been STRUGGLING remembering chords for all the keys even with my circle of fifths in front of me. So something like this will help tremendously!

Just what I needed, thanks ! I worked the "chords of a key" with my teacher, but I was lacking such a routine. Nice.

I find I am a slow learner so this was an excellent lesson for me, I will probably keep coming back to it to fully understand it and become totally fluid, but super cool lesson. Cheers.

Sean - I think this is one of the best things I've seen from you and have been looking for from you. You are my guide, my guru and my guitar higher power but I've always wanted and needed a steer from you with something OFFICIAL from you as a practice session to get my chops together but to stay on track with your learned teachings. Thank you oh master for delivering this in this video and as it goes, JUST DO THESE REGULARLY, please, they are so awesome! I think what would be cool would be if you have any particularly weird and wonderful challenges to bring to us with skills from previous videos of yours that are gnarly pre-reqs then just to put the link in the description for our convenience please, that would be really cool, but apart from that man, PLEASE just keep doing what you're doing and remember that although I may not be following your every move on your channel, when I do find the time and focus to come back to it it is always a very happy home for me as a one stop shop for all my guitar needs. You're a legend Sean, much love from Yorkshire mate, stay safe and happy, PEACE BROTHER, best, Rob D x

Sean, this was phenomenal. As other commenters mentioned, my biggest challenge is learning how to practice. The way you did it here, showing me what to practice was really eye opening. The pace was perfect. I learned a lot in this episode, and you've given me a model to follow. Please post more of these soon! Much appreciated, thank you for being a bright spot in my life this week.

Hi Sean. I watch all your videos. You’ve helped me so much the past year. I can definately say that I am much better at guitar because of you. I like your ideas and concept which I can apply to any key. Key of A my favourite. All the way from Cape Town, South Africa. Paul

love this lesson Sean! The way you've structured it so it builds up from the open chords to the end where it brings everything together with the arpeggios is really smart. One of the most practically useful guitar videos I've seen in a long time, great work!

Sean, I think this is a great idea for a series. I was playing along and found it very tough. I think all the CAGED keys would be great for us noobies. More please.

Hey Sean, this guitar lesson is fantastic. It really instills the chords of the scale in your mind and the arpeggios for each chord get your hand moving and warmed up. Also gives you the ability to create interesting little licks while playing each chord. Would love to see videos on the other keys. Really, really helpful! Cheers, Colin.

Wow! It's like you dropped by to check on my practice habits and hung out, while dropping a groove to help me get it going. Thanks! And, I like it a lot better than the old ones where you and Ian would get all positive or negative on me.
