Super Moist Banana Cupcakes

This is my go to recipe of Banana Cupcakes. Super moist and soft, fail-proof and easy to make.

Here's what you'll need:
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 to 2 teaspoon vanilla

Can I sunstitute vanilla essense with caramel essence as I picked the wrong one up from the store?

It should be 1/3cup oil I guess. I used that measurement only. It came out very soft and moist. And very delicious. Thank You for the recipe..
