Ingredients:
-  2 packets of crushed Oreos
-  2 ½ tsp of baking powder
-  2 ½ cups of milk
- 2 cups of dark chocolate
- 2 Cups heavy Cream
 
Method:
 
1) Line a round baking tray with Baking paper
 
2) Crush Oreos and place into a bowl
 
3) Add in Baking powder and milk. Mix until combined
 
4) Place in an oven at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes
 
5) take out of the oven and slice the cake 11 times (If that makes sense).
 
 For Ganache:
 
1)  In a small bowl poor in the heavy cream and heat it in the microwave or on a stovetop.
 
2)In a separate bowl add in 2 cups of dark chocolate and Warm heavy cream
 
3) Mix until the chocolate is melted completely
 
Constructing:
 
1)  Place the bottom of the cake onto a plate/tray and pip the Chocolate ganache onto the middle and place the next layer of chocolate cake on top. Copy this for the next couple of layers
 
2) Put some ganache on the top of the cake and smooth it out.
 
3) let it freeze for a few hours
 
4) Pour some Hot Chocolate Ganache over the top making sure it goes over the whole cake.
 
5) Enjoy!
