I think you had 67 pieces that were stained in the wrong side, and 3 stained on the right side

Loved that you used felt instead of paint. That’s a cool idea. Great vid.

Looks great. Standard construction adhesive will melt the foam insulation. There's a blue adhesive made specifically for foamboard.

Looks good bro. Good call on the slats that were backwards. I saw them immediately.

Damn, what were those 3" screws on 1/4 ply? The use of birch made me want to cry.

how hot can that get? coz it doesn't look like it can get up to sauna temperatures.

Look nice, I just think that dust and webs and bugs will get in the groves and what ever you use to clean the wall will snag on the wood edges. A pain to clean. Not for me. KIS (keep it simple).

That felt is reflecting more than a flat black paint would.

Nice to see saunas that actually look little bit like saunas instead of the infrared hotboxes. Didnt see a drainage on the floor so thinking you are just heating rocks without even considering throwing water on them?

Wouldn't the felt be magnets for dust and spiderwebs?.... What is the planned upkeep?

I'm not picking, just wondering why you used glue and then so many screws on the plywood, and then a ton of nails but not any glue on the wood strips? Why not use the glue and only a few screws and glue the strips and only nail on the ends and one in the middle or where needed to keep the strips straight? That lowers the amount of nail holes needed to be addressed?

Quite the task. Always takes longer than you think, right? Strong work

The gaps plus the felt will make this a nightmare to clean, and heaven for bugs.

Felt was a great idea, but natural wood look would’ve been better IMO.
