This channel is so underrated, not only he teaches us the piece, he also teaches some tips that helps us to efficiently play some parts to really engage our full potential in playing that piece.

Love how you say “and then he does this” like you’re telling a story of how Chopin wrote the piece, adds another level of depth

This tutorial is gold, you are the only one on YouTube who does that for free. I'm so glad to see you grow and good luck for the 100k !

I’ve been watching this video for 2 years straight without any knowledge of piano. I’m proud to say I can play this piece relatively well and I’m very grateful for the hard work and effort put in this video

I want to thank you so much for the effort and love u give to these tutorials; you're the reason why I know how to play pieces like Arabesque No. 1, Prelude in C# minor, Liebestraum no. 3, Hungarian Rhapsody no. 2, Waltz in a minor and Maple Leaf Rag, without even sight reading at all. And now, you're gonna be the reason why I'm the pianist that I am today, that's why I want to say thank you, as I shall learn another piece from you yet again!
Wish me luck! ^_^

Man, you have a great job, I'm an intermediary pianist, I would never be able to play this music by myself, but I could play it thanks to your tutorial, keep going, you are a amazing teacher, make more tutorials of chopin's music.

This guy is amazing I’ve learned almost the whole thing. I’ve learned so many pieces by watching this guy. It takes a lot of Effort to make a two hour tutorial on a super hard piece. My playing skills are amazing, but my Sightreading not so much. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you. Your amazing

This piece is so well-written. Chopin is Chopin -he knew exactly how to move a melody and how to land a phrase. Really masterful piano sketch.

I'm a pianist and am having a difficult time trying this. Some of the other difficult pieces I've played are nothing compared to this one. A tremendous challenge on a good day! I'm hoping to do this one. The music belonged to my late piano teacher. I would love to learn it in honor and memory of her. I really miss her. I could have used her help. Thank you for taking the time to teach this!

These are easily the best tutorials on here. The pacing and level of detail is perfect. Even as a relative newbie I find most other tutorials are far too slow, laboured or lacking in detail. I particularly appreciate the extra information relating to chord inversions, fingering, hand position and rhythm. To an untaught person like myself that stuff is gold. Thank you so much and please continue the good work.

About 7 months in and I finally finished the video. Never played piano before and I can play this at a relatively good tempo (70-80). Thank you so much for your videos because someone who wants to get started without knowing how to read music can be bored by all there is to learn

This channel is my savior... I was out there thinking this piece was something way to hard. I always thought of it being an endgame piece for me. But now with this I have strong feelings that I'll be able to actually learn it. I'm doing well with progress

I've commented this so many times but everytime I'm done with one of your indepth tutorials about piano pieces of such complexity I just can't help but thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've never had a piano teacher and for the last two years that I've played the piano, I've watched you for like 1.5 years and learnt many pieces from similar guides. Recently my friend told me that the Fantaisie Impromptu is his favourite piano piece and I've decided to learn and master it. This is the 3rd day and I've completed the entire video and almost remember everything other than the repeats that'll happen in the middle slow section. Thank you so much! You are an absolute legend and probably the BEST piano teacher on YouTube and one of the BEST in the WORLD. ❤️

method that's helped me: 'Divide and conquer'

1. Focus on and constantly practice one bar of the sheet music
2. Move on to the next bar as soon as you are able to play 75% of the tempo that bar
3. (Do not worry about not being able to play the normal tempo; EVENTUALLY, you will naturally be able to play 100% the speed of the piece.)
