I thought I wanted them to want me but it turns out, after practicing pouring love into myself and identifying why I felt so lacking in affection, was because I was treating myself without love! When the video continued and asked me to think of the person I wanted to think of me, I stopped it because I realised that we are probably toxic together and I'd now rather he didn't think of me :) Powerful video.

If I had a second chance to pursue my dreams, I would do everything within my power to push my depression aside and keep that from demotivating me and causing self-destruction to my mental, physical, and emotional health!
