Why would we think you are not super human, having a cravings for a place like Carl’s JR. is normal and familiar.

It’s funny when you throw a curve ball with a special order, from asking for no bun to adding something extra like the $4 slice of cheese. It totally puts the person at the register into panic, most of the time it’s a newer employee and they were tossed to the wolfs. 😂

Been watching you for a while and finally decided go.gibe keto a shot, even got the keto mojo meter... been on the diet plans for a month now. At the beginning my reading were amazing got down to a 1.5 gki but as time went on I have been sitting at 20. Been exercising and reducing my caloric intake and I'm just gaining weight!!! I'm demoralized and just want to eat all the burgers now....

I still believe in cheat days just do not eat fast food every day but once or twice a month is ok if you workout in the gym

Honestly, any burger ordered from anywhere plain with just cheese is fuckin solid. I did carnivore for 4 months straight at 340 and got down to 170 using a combination of fasting once a week with carno and eating mcdoubles. I didn’t do it ALL the time, but I worked like 72 hours a week during that time and used it as a crutch for not having to cook as much. IIFYM. That heavy of a ketosis on a weekly basis fixes whatever inflammation you deal with too from eating fast food.
