-2 cups Fresh Baby Carrots
-1 (8 oz.) can crushed Pineapple
-1 stick unsalted Butter
-1/4 cup Canola Oil
-3 eggs
-1 cup Brown Sugar
-1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
-1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
-3 cups Bisquick Baking mix
-1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, cloves, ginger combined
-2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
