3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup finely grated carrots
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter at room temp
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
