FPV Drones VS Normal Drones ⎸ What's the difference? Are FPV Drones Better? (yes)

In this video I'll try to explain and help you understand the differences between "normal" drones and FPV (First Person View) drones. It's a bit long winded, I know. In terms of the price, a brand new 5" fpv drone with digital FPV goggles, transmitter, and some batteries will come in around $1100. Which is also around what you'd pay for the new DJI Mini 3, which is probably one of the best high-quality entry-level "normal" camera drones out there. The point is, these two drone systems are so different, similarities in price is rather irrelevant, but I address it because everyone always wants to know.

I bought a Mini 3 Pro and I’m happy with my purchase as it’s a very good drone, great for beautiful cinematic footage. But after purchasing I realised the cool footage that got me interested in having a drone was from an FPV style. The kind of shots and movement you just can’t get with the DJI ones. I’m still new to flying the drone so I can’t justify buying a second one already but having an FPV drone definitely seems like where I will end up

I love fpv but one thing is you have to be especially careful with lipo safety. Spend a little more time and $$ on the battery side of fpv. Lipo packs can be a fire hazard big time if you don’t learn and always be there to watch charging lipos. Great great video! Loved this! Lots of information!!

What if I want to build a drone but not for racing and instead just cinematic shots? So instead of doing racing with googles, just have the ability to take videos and pictures. Would that classify as FPV?

0:48 im kinda confused because my 10" with inav it can hover still and take beautiful shots, or rip and take awesome fast paced fpv videos. Just flight mode switch change. In 1 second my gopro definitely can keep up with anything they are strapping on dji's not to mention i have 4kg lift capacity so maybe a full on legit camera...

can not get my FS-SM100 to work with windows 10 . is there a method . older video's say 1 thing . different sellers say another. the add said Compatible with windows 98/98se, NT, XP, Vista . all old stuff . is there a new link?

I hope that one day the dji will remove from the market all the complexity and confusion that there is in the Chinese market. Just an fpv drone on the style of the dji mini in the same price range and sensors that prevent the crash by activating at 10-20 cm from the obstacle.
