Lithuanian PM has ‘deep respect’ for Russian citizens protesting war

“Even in a crazy… brutal regime like Putin’s or Lukashenko’s, it’s not possible to jail everyone… What is happening now is somewhat [the] price Russian people are paying for complacency that was there during the last maybe 10 years. I feel deep respect for those who dare to go to the street. Although they know that they will be caught, they will be questioned, they will be sentenced even for that.
