"Continuing portray China as a neutral party"...yah, well, when it comes to sending offensive weapons to Ukraine, China is clearly not playing an active role in that, like certain countries [they know who they are] are doing, in order to prolong the war and try Moscow's patience. This is what China likely meant by staying neutral, not that it won't have relations with allies. Anyhow, for those complaining about China's proposals for peace and bringing the war to a close, where are yours? Oh yeah, you are busy _prolonging_ the war, aren't ya?
