can I ddowngrade if I updated my ps3 to 4.90 evilnat & converted cex into dext to downgrade to 4.89. I wanna download new downgraded updates like 3.50 or lower but I read if I do update to 3.55 or 3.50 I can't use bgs toolset to downgrade anymore. Idk so confused, another problem I'm having is I don't see the cex & dex options on my cobra update, how do I fix this

1) How do I upgrade to a specific version?

2) Is is possible to downgrade without a separate piece of hardware? If so, how?
