I have been practising jalneti for 2 years. Jalneti is a great idea but it should be done very carefully. Salt should not be more or less. Water should be heated just some degree more than the body temperature. No any droplet should be left in your noistril. Sea salt of good quality should be used.

1) Dip your brush in warm water every week to kill bacteria
2) Tounge cleaner (to combat bad smell)
3)Floss
Drink or gargle after you eat

Nasal hygiene:
Don't pick
Tissue gently

Hair removal:
Never use powder
Put metal razor or scissor in antiseptic for 5 min
Cut hair with a scissor then apply trimmer

Face heigene:
Figure out skin type and buy correct products

Skin care routine: Facewash, toner, moisturiser, sunscreen
(Products should be light in formula, be chemical and fragrance free)
Fix diet and drink more

Private part:
Trim every month
Change underwear often evryday
Everytime you urinate put some lukewarm water over its top skin
Use intimate wash or antibacterial wash (avoid hard soap)

Mask hygeine: (to combat acne)
Disposable (keep changing)
If it is cloth material then wash it in antiseptic after every use
Keep it in seperate box, not in open dirt

Dark spots: (elbow and neck tanning)
Apply yogurt and gramflour and scrub it with loofah after some time
