To add onto the skin care, you can have the best skin care routine ever but if you consume tons of sugar it won’t save you from having lots of acne, I know from experience. I went from a ton of acne to none in 2 weeks of not drinking soda

One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious…

Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often.

And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.

And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.

I’m a dermatologist. Do not, I repeat, do not put antiperspirant on before bed. “Clogging” the pores is not a good thing. This is really poor advice from an otherwise excellent channel. Allow your pores to breathe and then use a very light antiperspirant during the day.

Alex, I can't thank you enough for exposing me to the curly fringe look. I have naturally curly hair, and my whole life I got comments like, "wow, is your hair naturally that curly?"

But I had a hard time finding a look that maximized my natural curls, and often my hair would look shapeless, thoughtless, and unkempt.

The second I saw your video from a couple years ago on the curly fringe, I was like YO THAT'S IT! If ever I have to see a new stylist, I always show them some screenshots of the look from your channel, describe what I want, and the rest is history.
