i bet you majority of the people who signed that petition consume adult content. people enjoy adult content but hate the people who make it. knetz can be so judgemental. i hope the girls succeed in whatever they try to do.

The people who signed petitions are the same who cheer for underaged idols being sexualised. The double standards

okay but the same guys would give both legs to see their idol in p/rn.

I love that they are not afraid to admit and talk about them doing av because work is work and there's nothing to be ashamed of it. Yua's hardwork to gain some funds for their group is really admirable. I hope they get the chance again or maybe they could continue in Japan. Yeah, some might say that it's not good for the kids BUT hey they're performers not the parents.

Oh so bc they were adult video actresses they didn’t deserve support? They didn’t deserve to get the backlash they did. If they have love and passion for Kpop and Korean culture, I don’t see the problem here. I don’t understand K-netz sometimes.. I’m happy they had their own fanbase and was able to debut. Mnet sucks for being that way tho, but what can we expect from them?

honestly, i'd be willing to bet that part of why it was 18+ was BECAUSE of the backlash. people can go nuts sometimes, and if there had been kids there alongside rowdier adults, those children may have been unfortunately exposed to and forced to witness graphic comments from adults aimed at the group

I am gonna support honeypopcorn from now. 'Cause I want people to stop to treat idols like non humans oh so pure, shouldn't speak their hardships should just shine like star that me a desperate person will seee as a spouse. How dare a music's can be could be good but this idol is a person not a robot.

K-netz: Honey Popcorn BAD!
Also K-netz: I LOVE the spy cam subscription i bought.

Government: Yes.

Sometimes i don't get that standard of morality.

i remember when everybody on twitter was freaking out about the condoms in the album. it was a crazy day!

Okay 1). Their past should not determine their future. As long as they took precautions while doing such work, they should be fine. 2). I’m sorry, but “condom” should never be a swear word. Talking about safe sex should always be a positive, good thing.

knetz mad at this but are the same ones who will faint over their underage idol dancing in a short skirt..

omg i remembee when they just debuted the MV was in my yt recommendations and i remember thinking they were so cute and the song was pretty good too.... Too bad their whole careers were ruined just by being AV actors. Korea can be so harsh sometimes when it comes to judging others

Their debut song was so good and so was their comeback song. I wish ppl actually gave them a chance

i actually saw honey popcorn's original lineup perform live at an anime convention i attended! i wasn't really into k-pop at the time, but i thought their performance was so cute i've kept my eye on them ever since. it's such a shame that they've practically been inactive since de-aeseohsta. :(

Me when I saw the title : *Why do they remind me of Orange Caramel...* (for real though, even though the situation isn't the same. When I saw the title and thumbnail, orange caramel came into my mind.)

The backlash against the fanmeet rule was ridiculous, and I'm certain that Honey Popcorn would have gotten the same backlash (if not worse) if they hadn't had that age rule. It only shows that they were aware that a lot of their early fanbase probably knew them through their reputation or through their AV career and therefor it could be seen as innappropriate for kids to attend. In general, knetizens had also constantly been saying that minors should not be exposed to Honey Popcorn, so the rule was in line with the original critique and worries

A video about BADKIZ, BaBa or Leader'S would be cool.
Since they are the groups with the most former members (I'm not counting members from the final line-up, if they disbanded) 18, 16 and 36 respectively.
Leader'S can be really hard to comprehend tho

I don't know what's worse

1. People hating on them for being AV stars.
2. People who defend them saying "everyone deserves a second chance", like doing AV is somehow equivalent to theft or murder.
