I have been looking forward with eagerness to see Martha perform again after the pandemic, as she had few appearances over the last couple of years - and what a performance it is! Ma-gi-cal!!! At 82 she is going as if there's no stopping! Martha is a power-house and a legend - and we love her for her lifetime of creativity, talent and inspiration!

When I started learning music in the early 1980s, there was no Youtube and my tutors at school and college would play vinyl disks and there would be a queue to borrow them. I so admire the world out there now - so much is available to students of music now - just within a finger's reach: videos, sound, sheet music - you name it!

Dear Will Liang - you have my deepest gratitude for sharing Martha's performances - a heart-felt reminder that talent can change the world through music and art! Most grateful - and please do carry on!

understand the deep appreciation for Vladimir Horowitz that Martha possesses. If he only had

It's so outstanding how orchestral even the piano introduction sounds before the real orchestra starts. Martha is a living legend and simply the best and "last romantic"! She was taught by Friedrich Gulda and Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli....

The Choral Fantasia is probably my favourite work by Beethoven. This is a stunning performance, muscular and not effete by some weak “period” band. Bravo to pianist, conductor and orchestra - a triumph.
