Upstairs Neighbors Noises: Figured Out the Noises Upstairs

Ever wonder what the upstairs neighbor's noises are all about?

My neighbors are ridiculously loud. I'll probably never be able to truly find out what they are doing to make the noises they make. However, I believe I may be onto something.

In this video, I'll demonstrate the things I imagine my neighbors upstairs might be doing to create such awful sounds.

I love that the upstairs ppl become petty as ever whenever they get called out for being loud but the second the downstairs neighbor even makes a noise the management gets called.

Ryan that apartment looks absolutely gorgeous, but all it takes is for bad neighbors to ruin it. What a shame. They should've been the ones moving instead of you. I sincerely hope that you find peace, relaxation and happiness with your next apartment or even a house. No one should feel like they're being terrorised in the place they call home. I'm going through the same thing and I'm breaking my lease. I can't take it anymore. My mental health is at stake.

Loud rude neighbors are the worst!!! Your home is supposed to be your own personal escape from the stresses of the outside world. Having to deal with annoying neighbors is the worst feeling. I got a couple of annoying 10 hour videos to help you get revenge 😎!

You missed a few. There’s the slamming drawers, the constant dragging of chairs and furniture, and hammering- which I found out later was jumping jacks. There’s a ton of construction around me but I don’t mind their noise as it’s just noise to me. What gets me more is the vibrational bass sounds coming from the hard stomps. I can also hear when someone has a bit of sweaty toes from their squeaky stomps. Pretty revolting.

Those are normal routine activities yes but knowing that you have people live downstairs you would think people could be a little more considerate and at least not purposely slamming the door or throwing things on the ground. One time i accidentally dropped a heavy glass on the floor and I immediately felt so bad that i almost just went downstairs to apologize. I remember that guilty/shameful feeling when my downstairs neighbor told me that i woke him up at night because i was moving my mattress, ever since then i stop all floor activities after 10pm. Because causing other people pain is not a good/positive feeling (assume you are mentally healthy) and guilt is probably one of the worse feelings too. Meanwhile my upstairs neighbor stomps his foot, moves furnitures after midnight. I've sent a few messages but now i just gave up and let him be. My point here is that if your upstairs neighbor is sane. One knock on the door will do it. If they really don't care, escalating the problem would only make it worse. And before you know it you are wasting all you energy with this nonsense, not worth it. So i think you made a smart decision to move out. Its like when you get bit by a dog, do you bite back? No, you walk away. We've all got better things to do in our life then dealing with inconsiderate neighbor.

Yup. $1600 a month that's what we dealt with too. Could never figure out what the heck they were doing. Plus two little kids running all day. After a year of complaining, banging on the ceiling, we gave up on that one, and a big argument, finally after one year they left. At one time there were 9 people up there. Now we have better neighbors. We like them!!!

We live in a middle front unit and the people that lived above us were so SILENT that we barely noticed or cared that we lived in the front unit. Then we had 2 months of nobody living there, then these 2 24 year old girls moved in and we haven’t had a moment of peace since the millisecond they moved in. They even moved in loudly, letting the front gate and double wooden doors slam open and closed against our front side wall every time they came and went so many times (instead of propping them open like intelligent people would) when they were moving in, for a few DAYS, that it loosened the hinges on the doors and broke the gate. They then proceeded to do laundry for 3 days straight in the laundry room below our front bedroom, smacking the laundry room door open hitting a wall every time they open and closed the door, waking us up at 6 am, and again at 10 pm, doing laundry all night. Also creating steam in our bedroom. And the best part - STOMPING AND DROPPING THINGS on hardwood floors at 2 am, and then again at 6 am. Because I guess they don’t sleep. So now we don’t sleep. And the stomping is unreal. Stomping in heels at 2 am while PACING for over 45 minutes, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, across hardwood floors, then dropping heavy objects repeatedly. One night she dropped what sounded like a jar of ball bearings. It kept going for at least 12 seconds. We kept waiting for the sound of round objects falling and hitting the floor and rolling to stop, but it didn’t. I know 12 seconds doesn’t sound like a long time but when it wakes you up from a deep sleep it’s forever

lool this video is so true i can't stop laughing! This is what we hear our neighbor doing. When we first moved in we were patient because we though he just moved in as well and he is probably settling in his apartment. Then it turned out it's a daily normal activity. :( My husband and I are suffering from waking up from deep sleep multiple times to noises like this. can't wait to move out soon. At first i thought you really figured out what those noises are lol.

Going through the same, trying to keep sane and waiting to move out soon. Several complaints made to the police, city and apt mgr without results. Keep your cool!

I brought some fire crackers and pop one at a time late at night when their sleep HAPPY 😆

I got evicted when I got pissed off a kid running end to end 15 hours a day. I basically went gigging with my electric guitar and cabinet and Bass for a week and shred full blast at 2:30 am I put windows busted with Bass and decorations on the floor with vibrations power chords.
