I have the same problem, my upstairs neighbor was an old lady who never made a noise, she moved to a care home 2 months ago and a couple with 2 kids moved in.
I no longer have any peace, day and night non stop all I hear is stomping, banging, furniture moving, doors slamming, shouting, crying, loud TV, they never seem to sleep or leave the apartment, I can't take it anymore I work overtime and sit in the park just to spend as least time at home as possible.
