This year marks the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future, one of the most beloved movies of all time. To celebrate the occasion, Telltale Games is releasing Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition!

Back to the Future: The Game - 30th Anniversary Edition features textures that take full advantage of current-generation console capabilities, and updated voice work from Biff Tannen's original movie actor, Tom Wilson. This edition also includes in-game access to new, exclusive content: a behind the scenes video featuring interviews with movie trilogy co-writer and producer Bob Gale, original movie cast member Tom Wilson, members of the development team, and AJ LoCascio - the voice of young Marty McFly.

In Back to the Future: The Game, six months after the events of Back to the Future Part III, the DeLorean Time Machine mysteriously returns to Hill Valley - driverless! Now, Marty must go back to 1931 to recruit the help of a reluctant teenage Emmett Brown in order to save 1985's Doc from certain death. Can they repair the rifts of the past without accidentally erasing the future?

And...I'm okay with that. Obviously the two main actors (certainly Fox) can't come back for it, so there's no point there. Thankfully, there's been no talk of a reboot, either, as far as I know. The movies hold the test of time (no pun intended). There's no need for a reboot. I'm happy enough with the game.

I played this on my playstation as my first Telltale game. It's been a long time but I really hope rereleasing the game with some better graphics on the next gen systems will do well enough to FINALLY get another season.

This was one of Telltale's older point-n-click. Not one of their better games, actually. It's still okay for what it's worth, but if made now could have been much better.

Such a shame that it's not coming on Wii U. Especially weird that it's not coming for even PC which the original was developed for!

And also that the original owners of the game don't apparently get the Tom Wilson enhanced version as a free update or small fee DLC update.

Cool, now I'm hyped for Season 2 again. With everyone still around and Telltale able to put more resources into the game, it could be another great sequel for BTTF fans. Here's hoping they at least consider it
