Find the endpoint given one endpoint and midpoint Mistake

this problem his well explained but the answer is wrong.mid point is e and e= -1, 6 the end  point is f and f is = to 2, 9 he did it where the mid point is 2, 9 and that is the end point so the answer should be -4, 3
