Corbyn criticises Labour decision to pay antisemitism whistleblowers
Показать описание
The former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has called the party's move to apologise and pay damages to antisemitism whistleblowers, a "political decision, not a legal one".
Mr Corbyn said it "risks giving credibility" to inaccurate allegations about the party's handling of antisemitism.
The party paid out a six-figure sum to seven former employees, admitting it defamed them after they appeared in a BBC Panorama investigation by saying they had "political axes to grind".
