Wes Streeting called Jeremy Corbyn “senile” during a Commons row over Rishi Sunak’s continued attacks on the former party leader.

The Labour frontbencher was caught on a hot mic saying "he's gone senile", as Mr Corbyn’s effort to complain was rejected by Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle.

The shadow health secretary later apologised, saying the comment was made “in jest, but I accept in poor taste”.

Mr Streeting added: “I’ve dropped Jeremy a note directly to apologise for any offence caused.”

Can’t stand blue tie labour mps, they’re arguably worse than regular tories because at least regular tories are honest about what side of politics they’re on

Wes Streeting - yet another reason for not voting for Starmer's Labour Party.

Wes later apologized for This typical slander against Jeremy claiming it was a joke.
That makes it worse, apparently joking about a serious condition, JC asked Wes to apologize to the afflicted community but he Refused, proving that there was no sincerity.

Diane Abbott on Twi_tter: ‘Wes Streeting expanding the role of the private sector in the NHS is not a brave challenge to “middle class lefties” It will be an excuse for not properly funding the NHS itself.’

Keir Starmer’s Shadow Health Secretary Wes Streeting accepted £15, 000 from a donor with huge interests in privatised health care. The Electoral Commission’s register of donations shows that Streeting reported the receipt in January 2022 of the donation from John Armitage, a hedge fund founder and manager who has given over £3 million to the Tories.

He has the cheek to disparage Corbyn.

Streeting who is not a substantial figure is engaging in vile name calling. Blokes a diminutive politician and little more than a tory.

Outrageous, if that had been anyone else the speaker would have called him out. Definitely can’t support labour knowing how he feels about their last leader. He’s supposed to be the health secretary. Barb

steeting is sponsored by donors from the private health sector and he visits, all costs paid, israel, ( a state that is widely accepted to practice apartheid, in case you forgot ).
Funny that this channels website carry so few story's on the labour party, supposedly the main opposition party in thee uk.
If they do they are on premium or limit the possibility to comment. Why would that be ?
The latest opinion piece by philips disappeared after only one day.She made the mistake of allowing comments and it was clear that not everyone is prepared to' ' forgive and forget ' .
That philips and streeting were prominent in the attacks on corbyn makes them complicit in labours defeat and thereby responsible for the debacle that is the tory government
This ' news ' outlet seems not to want dissenting voices and has been complicit in the taking down of and the subsequent cover up highlighted in the labour files.
Akward comments are systematically removed and accounts de activated.
The labour party and the two supposed ' left ' news sites in the uk ( this and the guardian ) have no intention whatsoever of allowing a transparent discussion over the period of corbyns time as leader and the part played by the likes of streeting, hodge etc and not forgetting the jewish lobby groups.
This comment woulgd automatically be moderated had I placed it on its website.
