Elon Musk bought Twitter and then all kinds of problems started. Advertisers paused their campaigns, parody accounts started to impersonate famous people and brands (with consequences), Elon fired half of employees, and it's not getting any better.

Nothing like being smart enough to take out a 13 billion dollar loan to buy a business that only has a total revenue of 700m. So just off interest alone you are going to run 300m into the red every year. Compound that with advertising pulling out, yeah, it would be a miracle if twitter remains functional for another year.
