Property Sourcing For Beginners - Firstly let's begin by explaining what property sourcing is and what a property sourcing agent does. Property sourcing is about finding good property deals that give a healthy profit, packaging the deal, and selling this to a property investor therefore a property sourcing agent is someone who makes a living putting together property deals, which they then sell to property investors.

By educating yourself, learning what makes a great deal, and moving quickly when you know you’ve got a great deal, then you’re going to be a more successful investor/sourcing agent.
