soreness is actually a result of exposing the muscles to unique stimuli, so if you're doing the same excercises consistently, you shouldn't be dealing with muscle soreness all the time to grow. I.E. I squat all the time and rarely get sore, but when I go snowboarding, or go on a long hike, I get sore.

as a woman, it's hard to get from one dumbbell to the next (10 -15 lb for example). any tips? drop sets? less reps?

But what if you do low volume high reps? That’s been proven to be as effective as high volume low reps 🙏
