Hi bud my cars only done 5000 miles this year so no need to service it but my a200 is not allowing me to turn off the service message any ideas why

Tried this last night, multiple times per the instructions. Always got the "could not complete" message. I will try taking the push button starter off and using the key. Even though I got the message all the time, the service notice has gone away.

Does not work with keyless system with no where to put key, only works on versions that have a key slot
