Is this drop D guitar riff a chorus, or a verse?

My toxic trait is that I write literally hundreds of guitar riffs, but rarely finish them or use them in a song. I legitimately have more videos like this in my camera roll than I know what to do with.
Is anyone else like this? Writing guitar riffs, recording them, filming the riff, and then never using it for anything?
