You could make it just as easy with normal tuning with some tricks, and you can make it super advanced with with DADGAD too, depending on what you wanna play. I play DADGAD for the wonderful wider sounding tuning. Not so much for how easy it is.

Have you ever tried EADGBE upside down? That is EBGDAE, and I got it when finding out if I could get larger intervals between all strings. You need to restring, obviously, but it kind of works.

Maybe it would have been better to give the proper name to the chords, as like these it is not really usable... here you go: D5, Aadd11(no5), Bm7(no5) and Dsus4/E, now you can actually know where to use it
