Its the zinc!!! It is good for SO much more than fungal shit. I use it every now and again and its great for dryness, redness, acne, rashy-ness, my friend with exzema uses it daily for it, and it helps him. Its actually wonderful!

I learned something new today. As someone who has smooth skin about 90-95% of the time and didn't experience acne growing up, I got this same breakout out of nowhere one day and blamed it on the product I was using. It randomly shows up here and there now but that small 10-5% percent of the year that I deal with it drives me insane. I dread even going outside because I feel it makes my face look like sandpaper and changes my overall appearance. Other people claim not to notice it or think it's very minimal but I disagree. Now I know how to get rid of it more quickly or better yet, just keep it from happening again. Head & Shoulders will be in my next delivery 😁

Btw Head & Shoulders don’t actually help with dandruff like many people think, it actually worsens the dandruff. Just use regular shampoo, no 2-in-1

Honestly, you better get a creme from your doctor or dermatologist! Yes, the shampoo has ketoconazol in it (anti fungal medicine), but it also has a lot of other components that can irritate your skin, or that you could be allergic to.
See a doctor, ask if they also think it's fungal acne, and get the fully tested, effective medicine for it! And if it isn't fungal acne, they either know what is causing those bumps, or they'll do tests to figure out what it is.

I think i have tinea versicolor... even my dermatologist can't figure out what is it but it looks just like that photo shown and I looked it up and it said its common on the torso and arms, both of those areas are covered on me. It spreads to the places i sweat the most, which would make sense. You helped me a lot
