The New Balance 442 are one of the best boots I’ve worn in a long time. Have the nice touch of a leather boot but the lightness of a modern synthetic boot. Highly recommend.

Even the Morelia 2 elite is so good. Best boot I’ve had in a long time. Can’t imagine how nice the MIJ ones are if the elite is as good as it is.

Asics and Adler beat everything except the Mizunos on this list.

And can we please stop recommending Mundials? They weigh over 400 grams when they get wet, the soleplate is too thin, and the studs wear down rapidly on anything harder than slightly wet grass. And just forget about lockdown. Basically, it's a boot designed in the 1970s, and at this point its lack of modern construction is just a detriment.

People keep recommending Mundials as an old school flex, not because they actually make sense.

Review some Asics please. I can gaurantee my Asics XFly 5 are better than Copa mundials and NB 442. I literally bought the 442 with my Asics and sent back the 442. I love my Asics, you gotta give em a review.
