Hi Aaron. Not sure if you've covered this in one of your videos but I can't find it. How do we deal with VAT refunds from periods before we started using QBO to file the returns? I've imported all by transactions from 2020, but this leaves 4 HMRC repayments that I don't know how to categorise and a large VAT control amount on the balance sheet as QBO doesn't know that I've filed those returns manually and received the refunds. If you could make a video on this it would be great.
