12 pounds down in a month and a half with your advice. And it wasn’t torture. I ate all the foods I like and sweets in moderation. (Side note: I cook most of the food I eat though) but calorie deficit it’s all that is needed. So easy and sustainable. I’m almost to a 60 days streak of tracking. And it gets easier everyday. Thanks for these videos.

You're right. Weight loss and gain are all about a calorie deficit and surplus. Sugar is bad for a ton of other reasons.

People don’t understand unless and until you are in calorie deficit you will lose weight. No sugar diet is not just crazy but it’s subjective as well. I do recommend to limit your sugar intake because it can cause health concerns in long run such as cavities, diabetes, high sugar levels, insomnia and acnes

😂😂😂 I love these videos because they are simple and he is 1000% correct! People are confusing over consuming something, healthy eating (typically referring to lean protein leafy greens) and junk food, which is primarily heavily processed package goods. You have a good fuel, and you have bad fuel and depending on which one you choose can cause other problems with your digestive system among other things. BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LOSING BODY FAT BECAUSE LOSING BODY, FAT AND GAINING MUSCLE IS PREDICATED ON WORKING OUT AND BEING IN A DEFICIT..

Everything in moderation is ok. But processed sugar adds a lot of calories for small portion that lacks in nutrients anyway. Having a bar of chocolate isn’t a big deal tho.

You are right, but what if food quality plays a big role? Let's say I eat 50% junk food, I still lose weight as long as I'm in a calorie deficit, but will I lose mostly fat? and will my body look the same as if I had a 100% clean diet?

Right. Our minds may know what we’re eating, but our bodies don’t know if it’s a piece of cake or broccoli. Just stay in that caloric deficit.

Love it!!! Does it also matter how much protein you eat? Please say no!! 😂 I’m very petite and 63 years old and can only eat 1, 100 calories per day to maintain so it’s very hard to get lots of protein without having shakes and/or bars!
