This helped a lot, thank you! I was able to successfully update it from the 2.4G to the 5G setting. We got an upgrade from having the Netgear Nighthawk hotspot to this Moxee hotspot. Hopefully it is better!

Thanks for the great video! I have a couple of questions!!! Is your moxee setup through a prepaid network like Straight Talk or AT&T?? and if so can you go on to Moxee settings that separate from the actual network???

Quick question for some reason mines be saying WPS Activing then it goes to Timeout you having the same thing pop up on yours?

Do I just have to hook it up to a computer to do all this or can I do it wireless and it send the changes to the device.
