My calves are also 21 inches so this is SO helpful. My favorites are the black wedges, and the other black pair that you said had the cushion in it. I think it was 3rd to last. So cute!

My answer has always been Hawaii. It was always my dream to go there. I'm lucky to have been there twice now and I'd go again right now!
After Hawaii it's a toss up between Alaska, Ireland, England, and Germany. We're planning to go to Alaska next year, and Seattle on the way, which I'm so excited to see. When we went to Hawaii last time we flew to Seattle first but didn't get to visit.
