idk i don't think $200+ is THAT crazy for genuine leather/suede boots from a nice brand that fit you and that you wear consistently! i would rather pay a little more for boots that will last than spend money on a trendier faux leather boot that will fall apart in a year or two

Well done on this video. Like many others I have needed wide calf boots since I was 15 years old, 5'8" and 130 pounds. Of course, 60 years ago there was no such thing. As a wide calf girl, I literally understand the pain! With the last pair you reminded me of when Monica buys the gorgeous, expensive boots but throughout wearing them she finds them so uncomfortable she ends up abandoning them on the way home. That pain is definitely never worth it 😊😊

I have an extra wide calf too and just bought a pair for of Rieker Faith boots for $180.00. I decided last year that I wanted a pair of really nice black tall boots. They are an investment piece for me. I’ll wear them for years

when I was 12 years old and a very athletic soccer player i literally couldn’t wear boots because none of them fit, even from the women’s section. it is so so so important to have wide calf boots. ty for this video!!

Total splurge but about 8 years ago I bought some DuoBoots. They are a European company. They used to make them custom to your exact measurements but the company was sold and now they just have them in multiple calf sizes. That said they are fantastic and such good quality but at $340-$400 for the tall variety they are not budget friendly.

The issue with Torrid is their shoe size options aren't inclusive. I have TINY feet but muscular calves. Most companies assume that small feet means bird legs.

Those dolce vita gyra boots are my ALL TIME FAVORITE BOOTS they are soo beautiful and comfortable ❤ worth every penny. They are a bit tight at first but they stretch!
