The default in a visa interview is refusal, you have to convince the visa officer that you deserve a visa issuance.

You need to communicate the highlights of your case and provide positive evidence that you deserve a visa issuance while countering the negative aspects of your case. This is how you will avoid a 214(b) visa refusal.

With Argo Visa you get the chance to work with the visa interview experts, our team of former visa officers. 👥 👥

Thanks you, Ben, I got my visa approved today. I was just refused one month ago. I watched a series videos in this channel and gradually figured out why I was rejected and how to improve this situation. I'm really passive in the first interview. I feel so nervous that I almost answer every question officer asked with less than five words. She rejected me in three minutes without checking any of my materials. But this time, I prepared a long answer contain all my highlight for the first question (What are you going to in the US) and guide him to go through my materials. Everything goes smooth! I really appreciate your generous sharing.🙏

I have been accepted into Drexel University in Pennsylvania for a master's program in mechanical engineering and have received a scholarship. I own a business in Iran that includes three beauty salons. I want to study ergonomic chair design for beauty salons to prevent back injuries during my master's program. The head of the mechanical engineering department at Drexel University is also an Iranian professor. Should I mention this in my interview and even try to communicate with this professor? Would this be seen as a positive point, or should I avoid mentioning it because we are both Iranian?

Dear sir, my f1 visa got refused in 2007, now I got an opportunity for H1-B visa. While filling ds160 I see a question asking 'have you ever been refused a us visa or been refused admission to the united states. Do I need to mention about my f1 refusal details or it's not required as it's H1B visa and not related to student visa. Also it's been 15 years since it happened, do this history exists?. Kindly suggest

So sad my visa interview was refused..And got 221g and US embassy Manila have a form that I need to submit another Cenomar, because need to change and correct the name of my parents there..I live far from manila I need to travel by plane to get there in US embassy with my 10 years old daughter. But after that, I went back to my hometown and get new Cenomar and it's updated and I correctedy parents there already, and I followed what they instructed me to mailed it through LBC so I did it..And after 3days they got my Cenomar and passport..But the embassy call me that they need another Cenomar again..And that time they said they are the one who will requested to the Philippine Statistics Authority..I get confused...why they not accepted my Cenomar....But I just hope and pray everything will be ok..🙏🙏🙏I'm Gngelyn Guardiario from Philippines and I'm processing k1 visa...

I am begining to think the US B1/B2 visa interview process is a flawed one. How do you refuse someone with who earns more than $85, 000 annual income after tax and has a recent travel history to Cairo, Casablanca, Dubai, and Johannesburg? Someone who has partly funded his brothers Masters education in the US paying more than $20, 000 in the process? They don’t give you even 1 minute to explain the merits of your case when you are talking about your purpose of visit. Instead, they interrupt you in less than a minute and make up their minds in 30 seconds. Why would someone want to leave their lucrative job in their home country to live in the US with no assurance of work? I think the process needs to have a reassessment someday. My two cents.
