I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

We have the same preferences 😊 Chanel foundations are just the best for mature skin. They just are. Those "classic" luxury brands are generally best for mature skin in my experience.

My absolute favourite foundations of all time are Lisa Eldridge and Chanel Ultra Le Teint. I am a mixt skin and rather large pores on the nose

Water Tint is outstanding for everyday, natural, longlasting and great for my sensitive combo skin❤❤❤

My skin is really dry and the le beiges healthy glow is DEFINITELY my favorite foundation. You obviously have too many really good foundations to do this but I also have the ultra le teint velvet which I can't wear alone BUT, I will mix it with the le beiges to make it a little less glowy. That works for me!
I also have the tint and touch, the tint is like you said, perfect for no makeup makeup days. I actually use the touch as a concealer. For some reason, probably bc it's water based, it doesn't crease on my undereye areas. I find it gives a really brightening but natural effect to my eyes.
I may have to try the OG ultra le tint now! Thanks for all your hard work

I would really recommend trying vitalumiere aqua, it has been my go to since the day it was released and still the only one I’d consider for use abroad, sunscreen goes on amazing underneath and it honestly lasts all day, and I’ve used it many many times for 12+ hours days in Disney World’s Florida heat and humidity in July!

Loved this!!!! Thank you so much - I agree Chanel le Teint is one of my go-to’s when I need a reliable full coverage. Sadly the hourglass didn’t work on my texture, but the Chanel is great, and the price is pretty much the same!

Channel N1 is sooo beautiful but I feel it does not last on me but I just purchased the Ultra Le Teint 24 hours and I it! I think I love it more then Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate.

I love les beiges and the ultra le teint depending on the occasion. Not such a fan of the water fresh tint but it's nice to use in the summer when it's really hot and anything else will slide off my face!

Hi Charlotte, I am so glad that I watched this video. I wanted to buy Chanel foundation but I wasn’t sure what to buy. I have normal to dry skin. I was leaning toward No 1. It’s a beautiful foundation I tested it for a week. I don’t like dewy or shiny look. Right now I am using Estee Lauder’s double wear. And Lancôme Teint Idole.

I feel the Sublimage foundation is disappointing. It doesn’t wear well on my dry skin at all. I do however adore Vitalumiere Aqua (Lisa Eldridge got me on to that years ago!!). I was looking at the waterfresh tint and complexion touch. Thanks for your review- I think I will be leaning towards the tint!! ❤

Love the Water Fresh Tint and would be happy to wear it everyday if only it didn't run out so quickly for something so expensive. Excited to try the No.1 foundation soon!

Chanel No 1 is on my wish list. But here (Germany) it's 72€ which makes it 10% more expensive than your £54 (at this evening's exchange rate). So: off to Selfridges on my next trip home! Plus it then comes out of holiday spending money - double win! 😀Great video Charlotte - thank you!

I love them all, but since I have dry skin, sometimes I mix them, depending on humidity of the air. If it’s hot and humid, I mix half a pump of N.1 and half Ultra le Teint 😊

I recently got a sample of No.1 and I am so impressed with the finish. I never rave about products, but that formula is just beautiful. Makes me look like I've just had a facial. Glorious.

I loved the ranking!small suggestion is i would find it verrt useful if you had a b roll that you apply this so I can get a sense of the description in reality, how it sits etc. But it s just my opinion and nothing more!
