Just was watching this! While Gucci doesn't do sales, they do have "secret" outlet stores. The one I know of is in Palm Springs, CA because of Sierra Schultzzie's video of her visiting it awhile back.

Hermes do sales! In store only and they're very hush hush. There are two: private and then the public one comes after. Can't remember when they're held but it's all very hush hush but you can get scarves etc for like, £200 less!
