On the Mark: Trump wants to strike down the Affordable Care Act, but what's the plan?

I find it puzzling that the President continues to try and scuttle the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, without any kind of a plan in place. Sure, the president promises a plan that will be “spectacular” and offer “ better coverage than you have now,” but where is it?
