I literally said this to a coworker where I used to work and he said it was a flat out lie. lol. Way to go Cuban for calling out the bs of trump.

Now, do hoarding goods in warehouses for two years during trump which also contributed to inflation.

Warehouses went from 15% vacancy to 4% vacancy. My sis worked in warehouses before so she knows. lol.

I remember following this news. This is when the stock markets and the actual economy decoupled - and stock markets soared while roads, shops, businesses, offices, tourism, transport, flights all were closed due to lockdowns. I remember cursing the likes of MBS and Putin. Two years later, the term "greedflation" caught on.

Mostly true. Higher gas prices aren't the only reason for inflation though. The low supply of other goods due to broken supply chains also increased inflation. Government stimulus did too, but to a lesser extent than the supply shortages.

If we were a sane country, we wouldn't have designed our cities in a way that requires everyone to depend on a globally traded commodity every day to just participate in society. Buying and burning gas for your car when you should just be able to walk around and take the electric train once in a while, is a bizarre misstep that America took in large part due to please the auto industry.

GM, Standard Oil, and Firestone tires bought up all the streetcars in Los Angeles and tore them out to force everybody to drive. This was the scandal of the century because it made every single person reliant on large amounts of gasoline and an expensive automobile. We need to stop the grift and design our cities around people walking again. It makes everything better, not just saving on gas money.

Cuban is speaking the Truth, Gas prices should not be as high as they are, the US, has billions of barrels of oil in Reserve. I am retired from Oil Career, so I am 100% sure GAS PRICES SHOULD BE LOWER, NO EXCUSES, FOR HIGH GAS PRICES.
