Being in a non law-world I have learned one thing : Documentation rules the nation you try and fight Alone in a lawsuit with a piece of paper with a few scribbles on it Your wasting your time. Courts don't want your comments without a backing. A professionals opinion will overrule yours almost very time. I was already disabled from past injuries and a pre-existing condition when I was rear-ended and taken by ambulance to the hospital. I broke my t3 vertebrae and possibly torn my rotator cuff. I got a lawyer because I know the insurance company will try to blame everything on my previous condition but this car accident made things so much worse and the injuries from the car accident are obviously from the car accident. I got rear ended by a a drunk driver sitting at red light soon as it turned green 5 seconds lasted got rear ended and my car went to the opposite side of the road good thing no incoming traffic so what range should my settlement be ? I did 4 months of chiropractor was out for an entire month lost 6-7k in lost wages for the month of April I need to 2 injections in my neck august 1st and august 29th then I should be done

Other party was drunk arrested on site my car did 9k in damages I paid 500 deductible MRI was done last 2/3 weeks ago as well
