Funny, I do that naturally: Permission, reason why, question. But most times, most people I've worked with have said it makes me sound weak. I never thought so, thought that's how I'd like to be asked a question. Glad to hear my instinct was pointing in the right direction 🤙

Incredible video. I jumped on a coaching call before and the second the guy started taking me on the "closing journey" "..and what would it be like if you finally achieved these goals" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was just like, buddy, I'm going to stop you right there, I've heard the script before. good luck. call ended. Another thing that's so overdone is "sign up for my FREE high-value training webinar - everything you need to know"🤣🤣🤣 It's just an hour of some guy telling how he found the Holy Grail and if you stay to the end you get a heavily discounted one-time, limited time investment offer.

how do you distinguish 'integrity' and stepping into one's 'boundaries' - by catching them 360 in their weak spots of emotional insecurities and weaknesses, just for the sake of the 'sale' - probably by justifying that they need that coaching .. I would like to see core values like authenticity & integrity, the genuine desire to be of service to that person - I guess I don't fit in your paradigm then ...

Talk about cringe. Personal questions have no place in a sales pitch. When someone asks “can I ask you a personal question?” Especially if you just met them, It’s weird. Just ask the damn question … even “can I ask you a question?” Or “let me ask you something” is unnecessary filler. Speak directly, don’t use 3 words when 2 will due. The one call close is an art few can master and it’s more difficult now because prospects have so much information available to them, it’s more difficult to establish one’s self as an expert.
