What Pens Work Best on Acrylic/Plexiglass? #shorts

Ever wondered what pens work best on a sheet of acrylic/plexiglass? Here’s our verdict…

🖍️ Posca Paint Pen: Goes on opaque, dries matte. Can be wiped off with a wet paper towel with a little bit of pressure. Would be great for signs you want to change regularly, or with text that needs to stand out
🖍️ Sharpie: Goes on somewhat sheer (may depend on colour of the sharpie, we used gold). Does not come off when scrubbed, but can scratch it with significant pressure. Great for permanent application
🖍️ Whiteboard Marker: Goes on slightly transparent, dries quickly and glossy. Can be removed with a wet paper towel and some pressure.
🖍️ Highlighter: Goes on sheer, does not dry down. Will smudge if touched. Not recommended for writing on acrylic
🖍️ Alcohol Marker (Copic): Goes on very sheer, does dry down. However can be removed by rubbing finger tips over the ink, stays mostly intact with wet paper towel.

Guys, it's not glass. "Acrylic" is referring to a sheet of clear acrylic plastic, which is what OP is demonstrating markers on. Acrylic is also a kind of plastic based paint (and a kind of fake nail!), and the markers demonstrated here should work on that too because it's the same material.
