I have been using the carnivore diet for 6 months. I do not eat any fiber at all. Eggs, beef, clean pork and chicken. grass fed butter and a shot of raw goat milk every few days. ND tested my gut with stool sample and was impressed with my healthy biome. 54 yr old on BHRT for 3 years. Maybe only people who eat carbohydrates need fiber?

So what is cause and effect here? Talking of cPTSD people who -maybe predominantely- are in the freeze or even fawn state. Can you educate on this, please? What can people eat more to promote, help the body make that switch? Any hint is much appreciated, thank you!
