The bread is 27g of fibre per 1000 cals, the oats is also 27g of fibre per 1000 cals and the popcorn is 29g of fibre per 1000 cals.

In conclusion, they are all roughly the same amount of fibre per 1000 cals, so you can choose whichever you fancy and you've doing just fine.

The thing about the bread though, is you're likely to pair it with something else... so if you do so, be sure to pair it with something healthy. Other than that, have at it!
