At RedPandas, we have a solid hiring process.

👥 Our leaders interview candidates, not to scrutinise but to evaluate them thoroughly.

📋 The first step is a quick screening. It's a 15-minute chat to assess cultural fit, not technical skills. Next, the candidate goes through a couple more interviews, making it three or four meetings max.

🎭 We incorporate role plays, which have been a game-changer in our hiring process. This framework works across various skill sets and positions, especially in sales.

🔄 In fact, we will never hire without doing a role play again.
